- Add maida and corn powder and deep fry the chicken and keep it aside
- Take the dish in which you want to prepare biriyani and add oil, onions, salt n greenchillies and wait till it turns brown
- Add ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, dhaniya, jeera powder as and tomatoes and let it cook for 5mins and then add curd to it
- Add the fried chicken to it
- Meanwhile, boil water and add garam masala, oil as shahjeera and cook rice until it's 80% cooked
- Strain the rice and spread out over the masala in the biryani dish.. you can also add color+ fried onions in layers
- Keep the dish over the tawa for 45mins and keep weight on the lid
