- Firstly take a white peas n green moong clean n wash nicely n soak overnight or 4 to 5 hours, after that pressure cook both seperatly 4 to 5 whistle, after that switch off d gas n keep a side for cooling take all d above ingredients together.
- Heat d kadhai pour oil on d other side chopped onion, tomatoes, coriander leaves n cut dry coconut pieces.
- Now oil is hot add mustard n cumin seeds n asofetidia,
- Add chopped onion n curry leaves n salt n cook till d onion colour change.
- Now add chopped tomatoes, mix it well n add ginger garlic paste.
- N mix it well n cook for a minutes, now add all masalas, red chilli powder, garam masala, kanda lahsun masala, Kashmiri Lal powder,missal pav masala.
- Mix it nicely n cook for a minutes now add dry coconut 🥥 pieces again mix it well n cook again for a minutes.
- After that add boil white peas and green moong mix it well n cook again for a minutes, after that add hot water as per consistency you need.
