- Pour in your sauces and then the noodle(bee hoon)
- Stir it all well then add your leafy and soft veggie (example in picture below). fry stir for about 5 minute under hot fire. so your noodle dont get soggy.
- Once it is all about to dry, u can slow the fire and then it is done. serve to your family. My kids enjoy it. The sauces is very important.
- Tips : i been making rice noodle alot, i notice that, it is better to soak with room temperature water than hot water. Reason because, once u cook the overly soften noodle, the end result tend to be sticky and the noodle are not chewy.
